This ongoing group is an opportunity to dive deeper into the vital energy of our libido, feel it, explore it , liberate it, through movement, dance, expressive arts, education.

We will be nourishing our hunger to know our own libido better, to connect with each other and allow this energy to be present, while developing good boundaries. We get to experience being supported by the group, as we are, and letting the vastness of the field hold us and heal our wounds.

Because sexuality is so often underground, ignored, or unconsciously acted out, the exploration of this territory tends to be intense, liberating, intimate and powerful. The potential pleasure and beauty of this journey is well worth the challenge and the risks.

There will be no nudity or contact with genitals. You can always choose who to partner with, or work solo if partnering is sometimes too much for you.

Everyone is welcomed, whatever your gender or sexual orientation, whether you are in a relationship or single, you can come solo or with a partner.

You will explore with the same group of people for a year and the seminars are residential, so we can develop greater trust, go deeper, and allow the fullest expression of our joy.

15 hours of conscious dance practice are recommended.
