This series of workshops explores the paradox of the past being present in our lives. Sometimes, even though we are 30 or 50, we suddenly feel the 5 year old, or the 13 year old behind the wheel. Sometimes it’s fun and other times quite problematic. Our life journey has left imprints in our body, our nervous system, our mind and it’s a treasure trove of resources for us.

Through dance and movement, we can liberate energies that have not been fully lived, we can learn to regulate our nervous system and we can actualize potential that was left untapped. This is a powerful, creative, deep and fun journey.
