Ground Floor Lab

The Ground Floor Lab has become the most loved program offered by Open Floor International : it is deep, powerful, fun, and it gives you a tour of what Open Floor movement practice has to offer! This one is online … and according to all the feedback we got :  it works. We have learned how to deliver an alive, interactive and rich experience, while holding you well online.
