IMPRINTS INTO DANCE (ongoing group) – Belgium
WHAT IS AN ONGOING GROUP?
It is a group of 24 people who commit to 4 weekends to journey together for a year. This is the only ongoing group I offer for this season and it is a valuable exploration setting. Individually, this allows you to weave a path throughout the year, to continue to follow the thread between workshops thanks to proposals for the use of the tools we explored and an online appointment proposed between modules.
Collectively, we are nourished by each person’s commitment and little by little our nervous system can relax because we know each other better. This allows deeper things to emerge. It is also an opportunity to form beautiful friendships that last beyond the time of the continuous group.
WHAT IS IMPRINTS INTO DANCE ABOUT ?
4 workshops to weave dance, poetry, nature and creativity. We will be able to dance what has been imprinted in our body, and see the beauty of the movement of life, regardless of the colour, the texture.
We can also dance to create new imprints. As we go we will explore resources, symbols and imprints that can support us, and they will find a place in a creative project.
I have always loved the word “Imprints” and the imprints in the sand, the hand prints in prehistoric caves, the imprint of my 4-year-old little girl’s hands in clay.
And I felt very early on that everything we live makes a mark. Some imprints are erased, like those placed on the sand with the tide, others seem engraved in us and, for better and for worse, we must walk with them. When we allow them to have a space to be danced in connection they can dissolve into the goodness of life and become easier to live with. Some powerful experiences, especially in dance, can create new imprints and rewire the neuronal pathways.
The creativity and poetry of dance as well as life, are for me ways for reconciliation and discovery.
During these 4 weekends, we will therefore dance, explore the imprints engraved in us by life, offer them a space for embodiment, to be welcomed, transformed. We will also create, the ephemeral and the sustainable, we will practice and open ourselves to the mystery of the present moment.
We will be dancing at Terre et Source, a wonderful venue created by Vinciane and Hervé. This is non residential and Vinciane will help you find a place nearby if you come from far.

Dates of the 4 weekends:
October 17 and 18, 2026 – Resourcing ourselves
January 23 and 24, 2027 – Holding space for the past
March 20 and 21, 2027 – Transformation
May 15,16 and 17, 2027 – Creating new imprints
Price for teaching :
Early Bird (full payment before July15th, 2026): €749 for 9 days of workshop + 3 optional online meetings. You can pay in 4 installments
Regular price: €995
