Sometimes, dance simply creates miracles : it gives us back an energy we thought was forever lost in time ; it opens the floor for what was never meant to be told ; or it suddenly enables us to feel one with the world, every cell vibrating in an unknown way. The rest of the time, it awakens our senses, brings us back to our resources, nourishes our relationships, and allows us to embody the aspects of our thousandfold being that manifest themselves in the moment.

In an uncertain world, we are more than ever our brother’s (and sister’s) keeper : we are the guardians of aliveness within and without. In protecting and cultivating aliveness, we allow for the deepest and fairest journey on this earth, a meaningful one. And the meaning lies in the dance, in the moment, as well as in our commitment to come back in alignment with what grace has gifted us with.

In a more mundane way, we will dance, anchor ourselves in our bodies, listen to all the dimensions of our being, offer resources to our own aliveness, open paths by following what is dearest to us into movement. And we will build a totem, a symbolic and sacred piece of art that will be a guardian of aliveness in us and around us.
